We gathered a number of staffers who work behind the scenes at CR's Auto Test Center to share which are their picks for the best and worst cars that Consumer Reports tested in 2025! This team is a key part of CR's evaluation process, driving our test cars in their everyday lives to see which ones are the best to live with – and which ones they wouldn't recommend to friends and family.

Jennifer always felt like the favorite aunt I was excited to see. In my mind, she’s the female counterpart to John Davis of MotorWeek, who became my imaginary favorite uncle watching PBS as a kid in my onesie. A beautiful soul transmits even via YouTube! Saddened, but excited for her well earned retirement.

I’m so bummed Jen. The whole reason I watched these shows was for your input and knowledge. Regardless of being a man or a woman reviewer, I was always in awe of your calm demeanor, knowledge and intelligence of cars. It was just so comforting listening to you. You will be missed. ✌️
